These Terms and Conditions apply to digital services purchased from DikhoOnline through dikhoonline.com. By placing an order or paying an advance, you agree to these terms.
Business and contact information
DikhoOnline is the trading brand of Kumars Traders, which provides website development, Google Business Profile, social media setup and related digital marketing services from Lalkuan, Uttarakhand 263141, India. Support is available at hello@dikhoonline.com and +91 84494 33651.
Services and scope
The selected package, deliverables, timeline and any exclusions will be confirmed before work begins. Custom work outside the listed package requires a separate written quote.
Prices and GST
Prices displayed on the website are final and include applicable GST. A proper GST invoice is provided to registered businesses when the required billing information is supplied.
Payment schedule
A 50% advance confirms the order. The remaining 50% is due at delivery or the agreed completion milestone. Monthly Care is handled as a manual monthly service payment and does not auto-renew through this checkout.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, content, approvals and access needed to deliver the service. Delays in receiving these items may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions and acceptance
Two reasonable revision rounds are included unless a written quote states otherwise. Requests that materially change the agreed scope may require additional charges and time.
Third-party costs and ownership
Non-recoverable third-party costs may include domains, hosting, licences and other items purchased specifically for your project. Domain and hosting ownership will remain in the customer’s name where applicable. Final deliverables are handed over after full payment.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. DikhoOnline does not collect or store card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. A redirected payment result is not treated as successful until the order is verified with Cashfree.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use and customer content
You confirm that content, trademarks, images and account access supplied to DikhoOnline may lawfully be used for the project. Services may be refused or stopped if they would violate law, third-party rights or platform policies.
Service availability and liability
Third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registries, Google, Meta and payment networks operate under their own terms and availability. DikhoOnline is not responsible for outages, suspensions or policy decisions made by those providers, but will provide reasonable assistance within the agreed scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Uttarakhand will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
